This simple formula summarizes the objectives of MAPPEI. Regarding the flood of information that arises daily, having quick and safe access to all data at all times is vital. Therefore we think Mappei is much more than a recording and filing system: it is a true working method to optimize your flood of information.
More than ever we stick by our location Germany respectively Europe where nearly all our products come from.
Today: Mappei is working European wide. Today we have subsidiaries in Austria and Switzerland and we are growing permanently. Actually there are 55 employees within the organisation. Besides we are represented in Cameroon, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Hungary.

| 1997 | Purchase of the factory, resumption of the production and a continuous amelioration of the vertical range of manufacture. |
| 1993 | TABCOLOR becomes part of the MAPPEI product range, which was at the beginning licensed from an American grantor of licences. Since 1998 we are producing TABCOLOR products independent. |
| 1987 | Relocating of the company to a new administration building and to a new storage and logistic centre. |

| 1966 | MAPPEI becomes first distributor of a save loose leaf filing system, where the file folders have side flaps to retain the contents and to enable them to stand in a filing box. |
